The Sun, The Times, and The Irony
Reported today from the ever changing, always exciting, world of news came a story upon which I almost died reading. This great hilarity of an article consisted of three things that are not normally found together. They are as follows: planes, drugs, and tombstones. The laughter that issued from this article nearly burst my lungs. It would appear that the always vigilant baggage handlers of customs found it odd that a tombstones had been air mailed to America from Jamaica. I have no idea why they found this to be such a rarity as I, myself, have plans of getting my headstone sent from America to Africa just so when I great St. Peter I can say part of me has been to Africa. However, it would appear that this never crossed the minds of the protectors in customs who decided to turn detective. Apparently, the dead do keep secrets seeing as this headstone had 50 pounds of marijuana in it. This story further confirms my belief that human beings will forever surprise each other with new innovations and that baggage handlers should get a raise.
